“Always There Home Care completely understands a family's needs for home care. The aides they employ and the service they offer is exceptional.

Jeff Bond asked us questions about our mom and what she was like. He did a careful analysis of my mom - her likes and dislikes, her routine and any other information needed so he could fit the right person into our home. He would allow us to interview the potential prospects before they went to work in our parents’ home. Jeff also sent us pictures of potential aides so we could see who may be coming to the home. The aides were polite and respectful to my Mom and Dad. Jeff had a good sense of who would work in our home. Always There Home Care always had a replacement for an aide who called out sick or wasn’t a match for my mom. We loved our Mom’s care provider, Nica. She was soft spoken, always asked my mom what she wanted.  She was gentle and respectful towards our mom.
